Travel by private vehicle from Pereira, Filandia, Armenia, or Salento to Santa Rosa de Cabal. You get hot-springs admission and about three hours at the pools, but no guide, meal, or coffee-farm tour. Drivers such as Santos and Camilo have been praised for being punctual and polite, though English service is not guaranteed.

“Loved this experience! The tour was in Spanish, but we used Google Translate and a lot of hand motions and got by. The dinner and breakfast had huge portions, homemade and delicious. The coffee was very good! However, wear insect repellent in the morning - mosquitoes love me and I had some bug bites from walking around the coffee bushes.”
